It's no secret that the COVID-19 pandemic has only intensified some of the challenges women were already facing- from job losses to caregiving challenges. As we work towards gender equality and overall economic progress, it's important to discuss how women- and even moreso women of color- have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic, and what can steer us towards progress for the future.
