With over 25 years of experience in various roles in the healthcare industry, I am a passionate and accomplished leader in learning and development. My mission is to help people achieve their full potential, whether they are patients, colleagues, or partners. At Ultragenyx, I was responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training strategies, plans, and processes to support the enrollment process for clinical trials, as well as overseeing all field medical team training programs globally. I have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, training delivery, vendor management, and competitive selling. I also have a keen interest in diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I co-led a mentorship program and participated in a panel discussion on allyship as part of the UltraMosaic employee resource group. In addition, I was nominated to the LEAD program, a one-year leadership accelerator for high-potential people managers.
